Position Summary:

The Research & Development Manager (RDM) is the tip of the sword for a paranormal investigation. Finding key facts and history on a property is vital to conducting a good investigation. The RDM must be very organized, punctual, and possess good note taking skills. The RDM works with many public agencies, including city halls, public libraries, and historical societies. Client interviews are also included. All findings are presented to the group at the pre-investigation meeting. At times when needed, the RDM will also fill the role of Investigator.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid Driver's License w/ means of transportation
• Have a clear criminal history with no felonies
• Available during weekday business hours for research
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Available on weekends for investigations (if needed)
• Be willing to travel
• Be able to work with various public agencies
• Be able to work well with a team
• Must have a strong desire to help people who are experiencing paranormal phenomena as well as help further the advancement of paranormal research
• Be able to represent OCPS in a positive and professional manner
