Westminster, CA - Although no confirmed evidence of paranormal activity was captured, the OCPS team was able to find many reasonable alternatives to explain the reason for the reported happenings. As with any multifamily residence, the opportunity for outside sources which can create noises and light sources is very high.
One occurrence that could not be explained - physical contact in the living room. Maybe this is enough to bring the team back for a follow up investigation.
Yuma, AZ - Guests from as far East as Tempe, AZ and as far North as Central California joined in on the inaugural Yuma Paranormal Lockdown, an event created to raise money for the Yuma Territorial Prison Museum. Investigative groups, which included OCPS, NOPS, and TAPS West Coast, and ticket holders were treated to five locations in in Downtown Yuma.
Included on the itinerary were the Yuma Territorial Prison, Lyric Theater, Central Hotel, 197 Main Street building, and Lute's Casino. A couple of groups were able to briefly investigate the old Yuma pump house before it was pulled from the itinerary due to its remote location and the time it took for travel.
A special thank you goes out to everyone who participated and made this event a success.
